So what does the workout ‘BODY ARMOR’ consist of?

Body Armor, as written, is a 1-Mile Run, 100 Pull Ups, 200 Push Ups, 300 Air Squats, finished by another 1-Mile Run, however, don’t let that intimidate you, there are many ways you can accomplish this workout and every movement can be modified.

what divisions will you have this year?

You can sign up for FULL BODY ARMOR, which is the workout as written, HALF BODY ARMOR, it’s literally half of the classic workout, TEAM, full workout with teams of 2-4 people, and FAMILY-FRIENDLY BODY ARMOR, which is a quarter of the workout that you can complete with your little ones.

do I have to have FUNCTIONAL FITNESS experience to participate?

Absolutely not! We have so many modifications for every movement so that people of all backgrounds and fitness levels can participate!

can i come and watch? Or can I just volunteer?
